If you haven’t found her already, Grace Blakeley has a good handle on how EVERYTHING has now been hijacked by profit-seeking corporate greed which leaves no room for small to medium businesses or social enterprise. Here she asks Dr Kate Bayliss of SOAS University of London to describe how private equity has bled out public utilities in the UK https://substack.com/@graceblakeley/note/c-282377789?r=3a1wi&utm_medium=ios&utm_source=notes-share-action

Well said. Great analysis.

Great analysis! It’s funny how when Kamala was trying to talk about democracy the establishment was like “nobody cares about ideology” but when the establishment needs to craft a boogeyman they only talk about ideology.

The primary thinking among people is the misbelief that socialism will lead to communism. This misbelief was actually created by the communists themselves, as they were trying to give a kind name to their system to make it more acceptable to others around the world. Communism has consistently proved to be hostility against people, carried out by the government, taking property, life and limb away from the people by using brute force. So the truth is, no, socialism and communism have never been one and the same, nor does socialism lead to communism.

If one is observant, it is capitalism itself that has far greater links to communism, as both systems are predatory in action, with the main difference being that, with communism, the guns are in plain sight and aimed at the unfortunate individual who is chosen to lose his freedom, life, limb or property.
